What does a Shop Owner Account include?
Typed Ask MadnessBot with source links, authorized shared repair evidence, dynamic topic categories, compact equipment lists with sorting and grouping, team invitations, and owner billing. Equipment needs are grounded in the records available to your shop. Technicians keep their own accounts and normal workflow; each employee explicitly accepts sharing. Owner administration is separate from the five included employee seats.
How does the AAPEX/SEMA special work?
From November 3 through November 6, 2026 in America/Los_Angeles time, eligible new shops can receive a $100 base first month for five employees, plus $40 for each additional employee. After that, the plan is $200 base plus $40 per additional employee each month. Six employees are $140 for the eligible first month, then $240/month. The owner does not use an employee seat. There is no free trial. Regular pricing begins November 7; checkout confirms eligibility.
Can I try Madness Live and Madness Video for free?
Yes. Both modes are included in the Free Trial and in every Pro account. The trial lasts 7 days or 100 queries, whichever comes first, with no credit card required.
What is the difference between Madness Live and Madness Video?
Madness Live is an interactive voice conversation with your AI Master Mechanic. Madness Video lets you provide videos for diagnostic analysis. You can talk through a problem or show what’s happening.
